Pork Chop Casserole
- 5 or 6 pork chops
- 1 cup long grain white or brown rice
- One bag onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Two ½-3 cups water
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 400 F. Removes pork chops from package. Trim pork chops of fat, and place in a two-quart baking dish. Pour uncooked rice over the top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice. Next, in a medium sized bowl, mix DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and two and one-half cups of water pouring over mixture.
2.Bake at 350 F for one hour. Check while baking and add more water, if necessary. Ten minutes before cooking is completed, remove from oven, and add cheese to casserole if desired. Return to oven, and cook for an additional ten minutes. Serve with a mix green salad as a side.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
