- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼-½ Tbsp Dijon mustard.
- ¼ Tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ head of Boston or Bibb lettuce
- One very firm Anjou pears, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup walnuts
1. In a small bowl, mix vinegar; mustard, and red pepper flakes. Next chop half of the lettuce, and pears placing into a large bowl. Now add blue cheese, and walnuts to bowl with lettuce. Pour dressing over ingredients, and toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Makes one serving.
