1 pkg. crescent roll mix
1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
1 cup salami, diced
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
¼ Tsp black pepper
½ Tsp Italian seasoning
1. Remove salami from package. Next chop salami into 1 inch pieces. Line a 10-inch pie plate with crescent roll mix (save some of the crescent roll mix to crisscross on top of pie).
2. In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs; pour salami and cheese into eggs. Pour mixture into pie plate lined with crescent roll mix. Sprinkle on top with Parmesan cheese. Now bake at 350 F for thirty to thirty-five minutes or until eggs have set in center. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
