- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Agave
- ½ Tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ Tsp garlic, minced
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp black pepper
- Eight whole-wheat tortillas (8 inches)
- 2 cups of turkey breasts cut up
- 1 cup cucumber strips
- One red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
1.Cut cucumber lengthwise. Next cut the cucumber into strips. Cut red pepper into strips, and place onto the same plate with cucumber strips. Mix Greek yogurt, agave, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and black pepper together.
2.Spread Greek yogurt mixture onto tortillas. Top with turkey, cucumber, red pepper, and shredded lettuce; roll up. Wrap in a plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 8.
