- 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ Tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ Tsp garlic powder
- ¼ Tsp onion powder
- 1/8 Tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Remove tilapia from package, and rinse. Pat tilapia dry with paper towels. Place onto a large plate. Melt butter and set aside for later use. Now grease a 13x9 inch-baking dish.
2. Next season tilapia with Italian seasoning, chili powder, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Place fish into baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over fish. Cover with foil, and bake for 10 to15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
