Grilled Spicy Salmon
- 4 salmon filets (6 ounces)
- 1 lemon
- ½ Tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ Tsp chipotle pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 Tsp ginger powder
- ¼ cup Italian seasoning
1. Brush grill with oil, and preheat grill for medium heat. Next remove salmon from package, and place into a bowl. Squeeze one lemon over salmon. Now season salmon with cayenne pepper, chipotle pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, ginger powder, and Italian seasoning.
2. Place the salmon skin side down onto grill. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
Makes 4 servings
*Note if your salmon doesn’t have skin on it; be sure to place a piece of foil on the grill. Oil the foil with vegetable oil. Poke small holes into the foil, as this will allow the salmon to cook faster.
