Baked Creamed Corn
- 6-7 Ears, fresh corn
- 3-4 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp milk
- ¼ Tsp white pepper
- ¼ Tsp black pepper
- ¼ Tsp Salt
1. Grease a 2 Qt baking dish and set aside. Next scrape the corn from the cob using a knife, or corn cutter/creamer if you have it. Place corn into baking dish. Now in a small bowl, mix together milk, white pepper, black pepper and salt.
2. Place mixture into baking dish, and pour melted butter on top. Baked uncovered at 375 F for 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly brown. Makes 4 servings.
