Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
6 cups toasted rice cereal
½ cup all purpose flour
2 Tsp dried Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp cayenne pepper
4 lbs Chicken pieces (Any part including breast, wing, thigh, or leg)
½ cup bottled creamy Italian salad dressing
1. Preheat oven 400 F. Line two 13x9 inch-baking dishes with foil. Next coat baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a plastic zip lock bag crush cereal, until crumbs form. Add flour, Italian seasoning, salt and cayenne pepper; and shake. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with dressing, turning to coat.
2. Add chicken to crumb mixture, and toss to coat chicken pieces. Place chicken in oven. Bake for forty-five minutes. Once finished remove chicken from oven and garnish with parsley.
