- 1 coconut, shelled removed, peeled
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp all spice
- ¼ Tsp nutmeg
- ½ Tsp sea salt
1. Preheat oven to broil. Take a cleaver and chop into the middle center of the coconut to cut in two pieces. With a vegetable peeler, remove long white strips of coconut. Chops into ¼ inch pieces.
2. Next grease a baking sheet lightly with olive oil. Spread pieces on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and sea salt. Reduce over temperature to 350 and bake for ten minutes, or until chips begin to brown.
