Chocolate Pudding Bars
¾ cup heavy cream
1 ¼ cups Semisweet Chocolate chips
1 ¼ cups Chocolate cake mix
½ cup butter melted
2 cups cold chocolate milk
½ cup instant pudding mix
1. In a small pot, heat cream over medium heat until nearly boiling. Place chocolate chips in medium bowl. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Set aside to cool and thicken. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Coat 13x9 Inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cake mix eggs, and melted butter; stir until well mixed. Spread mixture evenly into pan. Bake fifteen minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few sticky crumbs.
3. Cool in pan on rack. In a large bowl, combine chocolate milk, and pudding mix; whisk together for two minutes. Let stand until thicken, about three minutes. Spread even layer of pudding over cooled cake. Top with even layer of thicken chocolate mixture. Chill about two hours or until top set. Cut into squares.
