BBQ Roast Beef
- 3-3 ½ lbs of boneless rump roast
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- ½ Tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup red wine
- 1 cup DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
1.Remove roast from package. Place the roast, into a roasting pan. Pour olive oil, and wine over roast. Season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Preheat oven to 400 F. If the roast is untied, tie the roast at three to four inch intervals with cotton string.
2.Place roast into oven, cook at 400 F for fifteen minutes before reducing heat to 375 F. Cook for fifty minutes basting every fifteen minutes. When roast is near to being completed, pour DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE, brown sugar over roast. Cook for an additional fifteen minutes. Serves 6.
