BBQ Grilled Steak
- 4 - 1 ½ inch thick rib-eye steaks (12 ounces each)
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp ground allspice
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ cup DAMI’S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE
1. Heat grill to high heat. In a small dish, melt butter in microwave for about fifteen seconds. Now mix in olive oil with butter and set aside. For medium rare (Internal temperature should be 135 F) medium (Internal temperature 140 F), and medium well (internal temperature 150 F). Remove from grill, and place steaks onto a serving platter. Drizzle steaks with DAMI'S FAMOUS BBQ SAUCE, or serve as a dipping sauce with your steak.
